777n Terms & Conditions

1 Definitions

In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

• "Platform" means the 777n website, mobile-optimised site, and all associated services accessible at 777n.im.
• "777n", "we", "us", or "our" refers to the operating entity that owns and manages the 777n platform.
• "Player", "you", or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the 777n platform.
• "Account" means the individual registered account held by a Player on the 777n platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's Account at any given time, excluding bonus credits unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bet allocations, cashback amounts, or other non-cash incentives credited to an Account under a promotion.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and payment verification procedures required under our licensing and compliance obligations.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it or any winnings derived from it become eligible for withdrawal.

2 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 777n platform, clicking the registration button, or depositing funds into an Account, you confirm that you have read these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, that you understand them, and that you agree to be legally bound by them.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must immediately cease using the 777n platform and close your Account if one has already been created. Continued use of the platform following any published update to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised version.

3 Eligibility

To register and use the 777n platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and on an ongoing basis throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. This is a strict minimum and no exceptions apply.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities and automated systems may not register accounts.
• You must not be a resident of any jurisdiction where accessing or using online gambling services is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be an employee, contractor, consultant, or close family member of an employee of 777n or any of its affiliated software providers or game studios.
• You must not currently be subject to a voluntary or mandatory self-exclusion order on the 777n platform or any other gambling platform connected to our responsible gaming programme.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.

4 Account Registration

To use real-money features of the 777n platform, you must create a registered Account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information at the time of registration and to update your Account details promptly if any information changes.

You are permitted to hold only one Account on the 777n platform. The creation of multiple accounts — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or device identifiers — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. In such cases, 777n reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, cancel pending withdrawals, and permanently ban the individual from the platform.

You must complete the KYC verification process before your first withdrawal can be processed. KYC documentation may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document, proof of address, and confirmation of the payment method used for deposits.

5 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your 777n login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your login details to any third party or permit any other individual to access your Account.

All transactions and bets placed using your Account credentials will be treated as having been made by you. 777n accepts no liability for losses suffered as a result of unauthorised access to your Account that occurs due to your failure to maintain adequate security over your credentials.

If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 777n's support team immediately at [email protected]. We will investigate the matter and may temporarily suspend the Account pending the outcome.

6 Deposits & Payments

777n accepts deposits via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, UBL bank transfer, Meezan Bank, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. All PKR deposit methods are processed at face value with no platform-side conversion fees applied. Cryptocurrency deposits are converted to PKR at the prevailing market rate at the time of receipt.

The minimum deposit amount is PKR 100 for JazzCash and EasyPaisa. Bank transfer minimums are set at PKR 500. SadaPay minimum deposits are PKR 200. USDT TRC20 minimum deposits are equivalent to USD 5.

Deposits are credited to your 777n Account balance upon confirmed receipt of funds. In cases where a deposit does not appear in your Account within the expected timeframe, you should contact our support team with your transaction reference number for investigation.

All funds deposited must originate from a payment source registered in your own name. 777n will not process deposits from third-party accounts. If a deposit is received from an unverified or third-party source, it may be reversed and the Account suspended pending investigation.

7 Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests may only be submitted to payment methods that have been previously verified under KYC procedures. 777n does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts or payment methods not registered in the Account holder's own name.

Before any withdrawal request is processed, 777n reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify the source of funds, the identity of the Account holder, or the payment method to be used. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in the withdrawal request being declined.

Withdrawals to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically processed within 5 to 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfers to HBL, UBL, and Meezan Bank are typically processed within 30 minutes. Processing times may be extended during periods of high demand or where additional verification is required.

Bonus Funds that have not yet met the applicable Wagering Requirement are not eligible for withdrawal. If a Player requests a withdrawal while active bonus funds are present in their Account, the bonus funds and any associated winnings derived solely from bonus play may be forfeited.

8 Bonuses & Promotions

From time to time, 777n offers bonuses, free bets, reload promotions, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to registered Account holders. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the time of the promotion.

General bonus conditions that apply across all 777n promotions unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise include the following:

• Bonuses are available to verified, eligible Account holders only. New player welcome bonuses are available to first-time depositors only.
• A Wagering Requirement must be satisfied before bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The applicable rollover multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Only bets placed using real-money funds contribute to satisfying Wagering Requirements unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise.
• 777n reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at any time. Players who have already opted into a promotion at the time of cancellation will have the original terms honoured for the current bonus cycle only.
• Multiple accounts, automated play, and abuse of bonus terms are prohibited. Where abuse is detected, 777n reserves the right to void bonus winnings and suspend the Account.

9 Betting Rules

All sports bets, including cricket, PSL, and other markets available on 777n, are subject to the platform's betting rules. These rules govern bet settlement, void conditions, in-play betting, and the handling of postponed or abandoned events.

Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed and receipt issued. 777n does not guarantee the availability of any particular market or odds at any given time. We reserve the right to suspend betting on any market without notice.

In the event of a clear and manifest error in odds — including pricing errors caused by data feed failures or human input errors — 777n reserves the right to void all bets placed at the erroneous price. This applies regardless of whether the bet was placed before or after the error was identified.

Live in-play bets are subject to the additional condition that settlement is based on the official result at the conclusion of the relevant event. Delays inherent in live data transmission mean that a brief lag may exist between actual in-play events and the odds available on the 777n platform at any given moment.

10 Casino Games

All casino games available on the 777n platform — including live dealer tables, slots, fishing games, and arcade games — are operated using independently certified Random Number Generation (RNG) systems where applicable, and by live dealers operating under real-time conditions for live table products.

Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for individual slot titles are available in each game's information panel. Live dealer games are operated according to the published rules of the relevant game variant. It is the Player's responsibility to familiarise themselves with the rules of any game before placing real-money bets.

In the event of a game malfunction, disconnection, or technical error that prevents a game round from completing normally, 777n will investigate and resolve the matter as soon as practicable. Bets placed on game rounds affected by confirmed technical malfunctions may be voided and stakes returned to the Account balance.

11 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777n platform. Engaging in any of the following activities constitutes a material breach of these Terms and Conditions and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities where applicable:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial means to place bets or interact with the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Exploiting errors, bugs, or vulnerabilities in the platform's software to gain an unintended advantage.
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other IP-masking technology to circumvent geographic restrictions or access controls.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the registration, KYC, or payment process.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including using the 777n platform as a mechanism for passing funds through gaming activity.
• Creating or operating multiple accounts to exploit bonuses or circumvent account restrictions.
• Accessing the platform on behalf of or as an agent for a third party without express written authorisation from 777n.

12 Responsible Gaming

777n is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes the potential harms associated with problem gambling seriously. We provide all registered Account holders with access to the following self-service responsible gaming tools:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your Account. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum loss thresholds over defined time periods to prevent unintended overspending.
• Session Time Reminders: Configure notifications that alert you when you have been playing for a specified duration.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen prompts that display your net session balance and time spent playing.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from all real-money activity on the 777n platform. Exclusion periods of 30 days, 90 days, 6 months, 1 year, and permanent exclusion are available. Once activated, exclusion cannot be reversed before the selected period expires.

13 Intellectual Property

All content on the 777n platform — including but not limited to the 777n brand name, logo, website design, graphics, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and written content — is the intellectual property of 777n or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You must not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any part of the 777n platform without our prior written consent.

14 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 777n, its directors, employees, licensors, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption.

777n does not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of malicious code at all times. While we take reasonable steps to maintain platform availability, we accept no liability for losses resulting from scheduled or unscheduled downtime, technical failures, or third-party service interruptions that are outside our reasonable control.

In all cases where liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, 777n's total aggregate liability to any individual Player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that Player into their Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

15 Termination

777n reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account at any time, with or without prior notice, where we have reasonable grounds to believe that a Player has breached these Terms and Conditions, provided false information, engaged in fraudulent or prohibited activity, or where we are required to do so under applicable law or regulatory direction.

Players may voluntarily close their Account at any time by contacting the support team at [email protected]. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in the Account (net of applicable bonus amounts subject to unfulfilled wagering requirements) will be returned to the verified payment method on the Account, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC procedures.

16 Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under 777n's international gaming licence. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts or arbitration body specified under our licensing framework.

Nothing in this clause shall affect your statutory rights as a consumer under any applicable local law to the extent that such rights cannot be contractually excluded or modified.
